It is the mission of Wahoo Utilities to provide electricity, natural gas, potable water, sewer collection, and wastewater treatment to our customers in a reliable and cost effective manner.
Our customers are the owners of the systems, and as such they will be treated with courtesy, candor, and respect.
As a public utility, our rates are to be cost-based and attractive to homeowners and businesses. We recognize that our responsibility for reliable and economical service is to the rate payers.
Our vision is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our customers through our people and other public assets. We will maintain or improve the fiscal strength of each of the utility funds in accordance with industry standards and prudent business practice.
We recognize that our employees are our most important asset, and will provide them with a safe working environment that is conducive to good morals, professional growth, and optimum productivity.
