Annual TIF Reports
Below are links to the City of Wahoo's Annual TIF Reports. There are two reports for each year. The first, the summary report, is prepared per the requirements of Nebraska Statutes (effective in 2022) and is sent to each political subdivision that levies a property tax in the City of Wahoo. The second, the detail report, is prepared for the Council's review and presents detailed information for each project, comparisons to peer communities, and includes the TIF Policy that serves as a guideline for the Council when considering new redevelopment projects.
