NOTICE
The Planning Commission of the City of Wahoo, Nebraska, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday November 5, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Wahoo Public Library, 637 N Maple St, Wahoo, NE upon application filed by James Jelinek, to rezone part of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of section 32, Township 15 North, Saunders County, Nebraska, approx. 4.21 acers, commonly known as 1860 County Road L from TA – Transitional Ag to LLR – Large Lot Residential
Property owners within 300’ of said properties may file written comments with the City Zoning Administrator at the City Hall prior to the public hearing.
