Application for Rezone
The Planning Commission of the City of Wahoo, Nebraska, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday May 7, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Wahoo Public Library, 637 N Maple St, Wahoo, NE on upon application filed by JEO Investments, to rezone property described as a part of the west half of the northwest quarter in section 35, Township 15 North Range 7 East, Wahoo, Nebraska, Saunders County, Nebraska, commonly known as a portion of the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 77 and Old Highway 77.
Property owners within 300’ of said properties may file written comments with the City Zoning Administrator at the City Hall prior to the public hearing.
Written comments may be filed with the City Clerk at City Hall prior to the public hearing.
